Premier Capital reshuffles executive leadership. New CEO for McDonald’s Greece

The group has over 195 McDonald’s restaurants and more than 11,000 employees across six European markets

Premier Capital plc, the developmental licensee for McDonald’s in six European markets: Greece, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, and Romania, has announced key changes to its executive leadership team.

Effective immediately, Simona Mancinelli, who has been serving as both Managing Director of Premier Capital Greece and Chief Operating Officer (COO) of the group, will relocate to Malta to focus solely on her role as Group COO.

Mancinelli began her career with McDonald’s in Italy in 1996 and has been instrumental in driving growth in the Greek market since Premier Capital entered the country in 2011. In her expanded COO capacity, she will oversee Operations, Human Resources, IT, Quality Assurance, and Data Privacy.

Mancinelli will be succeeded in Greece by Vladimir Janevski, who has moved to Athens to take over leadership of Premier Capital’s second-largest market. Janevski joined McDonald’s in 1997 and has served as CEO for the Baltic markets: Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia, since 2014.

As part of the leadership transition, Petre Tintoi, former Managing Director of McDonald’s Malta, has been appointed CEO of the Baltic countries. Tintoi, who joined McDonald’s Romania in 1997, held multiple senior roles in both Romania and Malta.
