Jumbo recorded a 7.22% increase in sales in 2025, demonstrating resilience despite persistent supply chain disruptions in Greece and across international markets, according to a company update.

Growth remained close to 8% through the first eleven months of the year, but momentum weakened in December, traditionally the group’s most critical month. Sales growth slowed to 4.14%, nearly half the annual average.

In Greece net sales rose by approximately 6% in December 2025, while full-year sales increased by around 9% compared with 2024, and in Cyprus December sales grew by approximately 5% year-on-year, with full-year growth close to 8%.

In Bulgaria, combined sales from physical stores and the e-commerce platform increased by around 8% in December, while full-year sales rose by approximately 5%, and in Romania December sales edged down by about 0.1%, although full-year sales posted an increase of roughly 4%.

During 2025, Jumbo opened a new company-owned hyperstore in Timișoara, Romania, and launched a new e-commerce platform in Bulgaria. As of December 31, 2025, it operated 89 own stores in four countries, the most in Greece, 53.

Through franchise partnerships, Jumbo operates 43 additional stores across seven countries, including Albania, Kosovo, Serbia, North Macedonia, Bosnia, Montenegro and Israel.

The Group’s franchise partner Fox Group, which holds exclusive rights in Israel and Canada, plans to expand its Israeli network by five to six new stores in 2026, while also opening three stores in Ontario, Canada.
