Wherewework.gr has published its Top Employers 2025 list for the Greek market, reflecting thousands of anonymous employee reviews across the country. For the first time, the platform also released sector-specific rankings, offering a more granular view of Greece’s employment landscape.

Employees across Greece rate former and current employers on the platform, which operates in 14 countries. Each company in this year’s list received at least 30 verified reviews, adding statistical weight to the final results.

The 2025 methodology is based on the average score employees assigned to their employers between 1 November 2024 and 31 October 2025, across five core dimensions: career growth and development, compensation and benefits, work–life balance, management model, and corporate culture and values.
