Softweb revenue jumps 57% in H1 2026. Pre-tax profit up 35.05%

Softweb Group reported €2.276 million in revenue in the first half of 2026, up 56.97% from €1.450 million in the same period last year, as the Greek technology group expanded both its operating scale and profitability.

EBITDA increased 49.24% to €321,640, from €215,520 in H1 2025, while EBIT rose 40.65% to €240,710. Pre-tax profit reached €218,910, up 35.05% year-on-year.

Cash rises above €1.1 million

Softweb ended June with €1.115 million in cash and cash equivalents, compared with €996,090 at the end of 2025. Equity increased to €3.866 million, from €2.318 million six months earlier, while the current ratio improved to 2.20, from 2.03.

Group moves toward a unified operating structure

During the first half, Softweb continued to integrate its subsidiaries and business activities into a more unified operating model. The group’s companies and teams are now based in shared facilities in Athens and Thessaloniki and operate under common management, policies and processes.

Softweb is also developing joint projects for existing and new clients by combining the customer bases and specialist capabilities of the different companies within the group.
