PPC blue, the electric mobility company part of the PPC Group in Romania, has doubled its charging infrastructure over the past year, surpassing 1,100 electric vehicle charging points nationwide. More than half of the network consists of fast and ultra-fast chargers.
In 2025, drivers using PPC blue charging stations covered more than 12 million kilometers, equivalent to 299 laps around the Earth. Based on an average consumption of 0.20 kWh per kilometer, these charging sessions contributed to a reduction of more than 1,945 tonnes of carbon dioxide emissions per year.
PPC blue currently operates charging points in all Romanian counties, with a total installed capacity exceeding 36 MW. The company provides integrated electric mobility solutions for residential customers, corporate clients and public institutions.
Looking ahead to 2026, PPC blue plans to continue investing along three main directions: densifying the charging network in retail areas, business districts and tourist destinations; maintaining a balanced mix of fast transit stations and AC chargers in residential areas; and integrating charging infrastructure with green energy and storage solutions.
