Mohito, LPP’s women-only fashion label, is transitioning from an exclusively digital presence to a brick-and-mortar network, opening its first store on Agias Sofias pedestrian street in Thessaloniki.
The store will occupy a 580 sq.m. property, previously home to Butlers, and will be developed across three levels. The location is considered one of Thessaloniki’s most commercially attractive and “clean” retail zones. The opening is scheduled for early March 2026.
Thessaloniki was chosen for Mohito’s first physical store as it combines strong commercial activity with lower rental costs compared to equivalent locations in Athens. This allows LPP to test the brand in a premium retail environment while keeping investment risk under control.
Digital first, brick-and-mortar later
Mohito systematically follows a “digital first, physical later” model. The brand has been available online in Greece since 2022 and operates digitally across 35 markets. Physical stores follow only once sufficient demand has been confirmed.
The same strategy was applied in Italy. In 2024, after approximately 18 months of exclusive online presence, Mohito opened its first store at Valecenter near Venice, followed by a second location in Milan.
Mohito currently operates 252 stores worldwide, significantly fewer than the group’s other brands. While Sinsay has surpassed 2,000 points of sale, Reserved, Cropp and House each operate 360–380 stores.
