Premier Capital, the exclusive operator of McDonald’s restaurants in Greece, reported a solid performance in 2024, achieving EUR 108.9 million in sales, a 6% year-on-year increase from EUR 102.5 million in 2023.
In 2024, over 11.5 million clients visited its 35 local McDonald’s locations. The company’s growth was bolstered by the opening of three new outlets located in Nea Smyrni, Korydallos, Thessaloniki, and the modernization of an existing restaurant in Rhodes.
These efforts were part of a broader strategic push to expand the McDonald’s footprint across the region, with EUR 4.4 million invested in new restaurant openings and the refurbishment of existing locations.
The company also inaugurated a state-of-the-art Distribution Center in Aspropyrgos, spanning approximately 4,000 square meters, with an investment of EUR 6.5 million, in order to streamline McDonald’s supply chain operations in Greece, while also supporting the company’s broader expansion.
Premier Capital Greece is a subsidiary of a Malta-based company that serves as the Developmental Licensee for McDonald’s across Greece, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, and Romania. Greece remains the second-largest market for Premier Capital, accounting for 15% of total group revenues.
In 2024, the group served over 90 million customers across its 193 restaurants, employing a workforce of 11,000 individuals, 1,700 working in McDonald’s restaurants across Greece.
