Electrical equipment supplier KAFKAS has introduced two new automated services for order collection: a 24/7 Pick-Up Point in Nikaia and a Pick-Up Locker system in Dafni. The rollout marks a step toward modernizing customer service infrastructure amid rising demand for flexible, time-independent solutions.
The Nikaia Pick-Up Point, installed at the company’s location on Thivon Avenue, functions as a self-service area accessible 24 hours a day, including weekends and public holidays. The system is designed to accommodate large and bulky items – such as cable drums and conduit trays.
Customers receive a unique access code after placing their orders via email, phone, or messaging apps. The code enables them to enter the designated space and retrieve their items using LED indicators that guide them to the correct compartment.
In parallel, KAFKAS has installed its first Pick-Up Locker at its Dafni store on Vouliagmenis Avenue. The locker system, which operates independently of store hours, is intended for smaller-sized materials and supports order collection at any time of day.
Expansion plans underway
KAFKAS has indicated that it plans to expand both services across more retail locations in the coming months. The rollout is part of a broader strategy to improve order fulfillment and enhance customer autonomy.
