Frigoglass has officially built its first locally manufactured professional refrigerator in Egypt. The inaugural refrigerator, produced for Coca-Cola isbbearing the symbolic serial number 0001.
It signals the official start of operations at Frigoglass’s new production line in Cairo. This cutting-edge facility was established in partnership with Fresh S.A.E., one of Egypt’s biggest household appliance manufacturers with nearly four decades of industry expertise.
Local production in Egypt offers key advantages, including faster delivery times, greater operational flexibility, and optimized distribution channels – all essential for meeting the region’s rising demand for professional refrigeration equipment.

Looking forward, Frigoglass plans to open a new Frigoserve hub in Cairo. This center will focus on asset performance management and specialized support services. Frigoglass has five advanced manufacturing plants and 18 Frigoserve centers across Europe, Asia, and Africa.
