Autohellas Group has partnered with CHANGAN Automobile, one of China’s largest electric vehicle (EV) manufacturers, to introduce its fully electric and plug-in hybrid vehicles to the Greek market.
Starting October 2025, Greek consumers will have access to two all-electric SUV models – DEEPAL S07 (D-SUV) and DEEPAL S05 (C-SUV)—designed specifically for the European market. These models were first unveiled at CHANGAN’s recent pan-European debut event in Germany.
Depending on the market, DEEPAL S07 has a starting price of EUR 45,000. It has an 80 kWh battery, WLTP range of 475 km, rear-mounted 262 hp electric motor, and a Euro NCAP five-star safety rating.
As for the DEEPAL S05 model, the expected starting price is approximately EUR 16,500. It has a 510 km range (CLTC) for the EV variant, a 56.12 kWh battery, and will be available in both pure electric and range-extended versions.
CHANGAN, a company with four decades of automotive experience and more than 150 years in China’s heavy industry, aims to operate in 10 European countries by 2025 and establish a network of 1,000 dealerships by 2030.
The company will directly manage subsidiaries in key markets like Germany, the Netherlands, and the UK, and in other markets will rely on selected importers and distributors. CHANGAN is also setting up its first European spare parts hub in the Netherlands, designed to streamline distribution and provide efficient after-sales service throughout the continent.
